Kirill originates from the town of Darien, Ct., where his early musical interests were rooted in New York City hip-hop and house. With only a forty-five minute train ride to the city, Kirill would spend his Saturdays digging through record shops in Soho for mix tapes from New York's finest underground DJ's.

I first started to write music at the tender age of fourteen, armed with nothing but a guitar, a few chords and a lot of ambition. After forming a band and getting to know other musicians and my own personal tastes and abilities, I started to take my writing seriously. I recently completed a BA Honors Degree in Music Technology at the University of Bedfordshire. Here I was able to hone my craft in composition and music production, and thus I discovered my true ambition, to be a professional songwriter and composer.
