Our goal is to help music lovers find new and exciting music easily and conveniently without the intervention of corporations. preAmped is a website that brings together music, people, and memories. We wanted to create a place that will allow anyone to find live events, see who was going, and share the experience.
The project was started December 2007 with a single idea 'capture and share the experience of a concert. A small group was formed to bring it to life. Gill came up with the design. Greene brought the site to life while Schulist and Mckenzie worked on content. After a year of development we released this beta version. preAmped started as a small group of music fans with a passion and we now believe preAmped will grow to become a part of all fans who have a love for music.
